Hi, I've had a response to the tags query advising that we can't place an order as there's already an active fibre service at your address. Using the reference they provided me it's found another account under a different person's name.
Is this something you're already aware of and are looking to get an additional connection?

Yes we had an account under the same name and phone number but we had to cancel it and make this one

We don't know but I think the landlord rented this house for 5 years if that helps in any way right now we are currently the only familly in it.

Hi there im sorry but we dont think we have an ONT box installed on the property as I checked around the house and couldnt find any.
