Rebooted everything but same thing. Doesn’t even show “connecting” in the hub manager.
Wonder if I’m locked out somehow at Plusnet end.
Help centres closed.
Can someone have a look at my connection via this board? Will wait for confirmation before posting details.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Only members of the Plusnet Help Team can access the PN systems and they'll not be around till tomorrow but are a bit thin on the ground.
Have you tried powering down the router for five minutes before turning it back on.
Meanwhile, maybe a more knowledgeable member will offer some further advice.

@j123 Sounds more like a fault to me. When you say 'flashing broadband light', which of the conditions in the below table apply to your Hub? No staff are available at this time tonight, so you will have to wait until tomorrow and hope a Help Team staffer sees this post - or call in tomorrow after 0800.

To confuse things further, it’s possible I accidentally put in my admin login password into the dsl field, which is why I suspect a lockout. Normally I get a spinning connecting icon when it’s trying to reconnect.

Left it unplugged overnight and it reconnected fine this morning.
