How do I find my static ip

Last year I purchased a static ip and the £5 charge appeared on my Jan bill.
However when I went into my account to find out what the static ip is, It is not listed under add-ons. There was a problem activating it initially. Has it disappeared again?

Hey there @Porsmitj2 there is one added on, it isn't showing because of that error
