Yep, have looked at that complaints page and can't see that it is any different from raising a fault.

I would edit your post with your postcode in it, narrows you house down to 20ish properties.

The complaint raised goes to a complaints team (not just front line support) and you get a dedicated handler. If you raise it by ticket it stays open until the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
