Hub 2 orange

Good afternoon! Hub turn orange no Internet! I've reset and still same! Can you please update if your systems technology are down?

@Anthony15 Solid or flashing orange? I doubt the PN systems are down , it i more likely to be local to you.

In that case:

 

First thing to check: Is your phoneline clear? Dial 17070 (preferably from a corded phone), select option 2. Once your phone number is confirmed, there should be silence on the line except for the regular 'Quiet Line Test' message - any other noise, report a PHONE problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

If the phone test passes, report a broadband problem via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/broadband/

Let us know the result - if the tests come back as clear but you still have a problem, we need to investigate further.

The above assumes you still have 'normal' landline connection - if you have a SOGEA (internet only) one the only option is to call Plusnet - 0330 123 9123

I'm perfouldly deaf. Can't communicate on phone! I'll go through BSL video call to them which could take for hour! That I'm doing this page as I've only got 1 bar signal on phone. I've no landlines here!

I can see there's an outage in your area which should be fixed by 6:37PM this evening

Still no luck at all. 2 orange lit still on (not flashing) any reason why I'm not informed for updating to be back ASAP! Thank you

You are not informed, possibly, because Plusnet aren't either, but in any case, individual customers are not advised by PN - there any too many of them and not that many staff.

Which exchange are you on?
