Hub two box flashing orange

Hello, I have tried all the recommended guidance available on the website to try to reconnect to broadband but the hub is still flashing orange and not connecting

@Nichouse I understood you had succeeded in connecting yesterday  - is this a recurrence?

This is the first time it's happened since we got the hub, which was about 2 months ago. Had some trouble setting it up but since it has been working fine

You are correct, @RealAleMadrid  - I misread the original post(s) date. Embarrassed

@Nichouse It sounds like you have lost connection somehow. This really needs Plusnet investigation, but unfortunately, it is a lonh weekend, and staff response is very thin at such times.

I can see you spoke with us on the phone and all is okay now.

Let us know if you have any further issues

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
