At 1715hrs I texted RESOLVED to let Plusnet know that my problem from 9th June has been fixed by Openreach on 10th June.
But the automated bot seems to have taken it to be a new issue and a new ticket has been opened at 1725hrs today.
So if anyone from Plusnet is reading this, my issue has been RESOLVED, broadband seems to be working fine, and there is no need to try and call me back.
Thank you for arranging the engineer for me on Friday though.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@SammyM that's great thank you. @Baldrick1 I did try to update the ticket, but after I clicked on the 'review issue' link from the email I could not find any way to add further info, I must have been looking in the wrong place.
