Hello. My Username is <redacted>. I understand that my contract ends in February. I plan to live in the UK until the end of July this year. after that I am going back to my country. I would like to extend the use from March to the end of July.

@SH0528 Firstly , you might want to edit your post and redact username & address details as this is a public forum.

Your service does not stop when your contract ends. You just revert to a rolling monthly contract , albeit likely at a higher price since any discounts you may have as part of the contract will end. Your initial welcome email will have specified what the price would be after the contract ends.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
