Me and my family have several devices within the household we use the Wi-Fi for. We have no restrictions or limitations. Everything is fine until the last couple of weeks. Each device takes it in turns to be connected but has no internet. We tried all the trouble shooting stuff nothing changed until we changed the mode on the router so we thought rang up Plusnet and apparently it’s not the router it’s our devices…….but they can’t all need taking to get repaired???? Then we tried manual changing the IP address it worked but then it got changed again feel like going with a different provider as we have never had so much problems with the internet.

Check these devices to see if they have "MAC Address Randomisation", or something similar, turned on. If they do, try switching it off, (on all of them).
Then reboot the Plusnet Hub router.
I'm wondering if the Hub is running out of IP address because it thinks that different devices are being connected each time and using up the pool of addresses available?

I thought smart devices used persistent randomised MAC address, so the same randomised MAC address is used when connecting to the known network.
The default Hub two DHCP pool is 192 devices

Maybe, but it is something that I have seen as a (common) problem across multiple ISPs and forums.
Also, it should be relatively easy for the OP to try, and revert back if it doesn't improve the situation?

We have tried all the different things suggested on the thread and still no joy , in the end we went a brought ourselves a router and set up using Plusnet guidelines we all have no issues now and things are a lot quicker.
