Issues with buffering/lag
I will drop PN a line to see if the upload speed can be improved on with our current product — thank you for the suggestion. 
My parents both have mobile phones and are (slowly) getting used to them. They just like the idea of having a phone that works even in a power cut, without having to keep track of having charged mobiles or a charged battery pack. Not that anyone can remember the last time we had a power cut of more than two hours…
