Line reset

Hello, I have conducted fault finding over several weeks and eventually solved the problem of network dropping, Forum members offered advice which helped. I posted back as promised and said the Openreach socket was the problem, unfortunately over the months my line speed has dropped to 73mbps and has not moved back up yet, could my line be reset please as I asked for this in the original post or do I have phone technical service.
Regards jono

Re: Line reset

@jono  The router has resynced when the reset was done, it's back to full speed now so no need to do anything.😃
