Lost internet 3hrs ago can't report it

Lost internet 3hrs ago no way to report it as dont have landline. Tweeted company no response. Can this be flagged up please

Tried to log with the troubleshooter and it asks for daytime and landline number but no spaces to fill in plus I don't have a landline

@stys0n844  How does your Broadband work if you don't have a landline, perhaps you mean you don't know your landline number or you have no phone connected to it.

I have no landline connected. I do not pay line rental

But ADSL broadband is, by definition, provided over a landline.  🤔

A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine

 You are on fibre to the cabinet, not fibre to the premises. If you plug a phone in it will work. If you don’t know the number ring 17070 and you will have a recorded message telling you the number.

This is a community forum. For it to be reported through here you will have to wait until a Plusnet staffer comes along.

I've finally been able to log it. Hopefully something will start be done. I have to say it's alot easier to report line issues on BT.

Well at least you've got it reported.
If you have no internet, then how have you been reporting it on here?

Are you using a mobile phone with mobile phone data? If so I would turn data tethering on which may help, if your computer is able to connect to a wireless network then it will at least give you a working connection in the meantime whilst you wait for your issue to be fixed.

I did the same when my Branson Media connection went down, I am lucky that an EE mast is in the street next to mine so I get good mobile reception.

Not ideal but will get you out of trouble, just keep within your data allowance. I get 25Gb, which is quite a lot to be fair.

Mine has just gone too. I have a flashing orange light and a red B flashing too.

That’ll be partly due to BT being more expensive.

Yea I'm using 3g atm not ideal. Got an engineer booked for Tuesday. The kids aren't happy with going back to the dark ages 🤣
