Quote from: AndyH @ chrcoluk - Is your ppp0 definitely using a 1500 MTU?
I'm on pcl-ag05 and it's failing (testing from the router also now).
Also, is anyone else on one of the BNGs at the moment?
I defenitly have a 1500 mtu as I tested right after I did the post.
Remember I notice very easily if issues as youtube crawls along (which I use daily).
I believe not all pcl's are the same, I know some fail, I just couldnt remember which, although I did in one of my posts said which gateway failed last time in the ipv6 section.

Quote from: AndyH @ dragon2611 - I take it you have no issues using a 1500 MTU? wget http://platform.twitter.com/widgets/tweet_button.1400006231.html works ok?
Did have to think for a moment what I had on the network that was currently running and had wget installed.

I was waiting for fibre to come to my area before I bought a new router, I then saw that fibre was coming in November of last year, I had decided on the ASUS N66U. I then found out that BT were not going to upgrade my cabinet so I didn't buy a new router as I didn't want to buy a new one for my ADSL 2+ then have to buy another one if they decided to upgrade my cab to fibre in the near future.
My question is: is there a router that I could buy now and use with my ADSL 2+ connection and which will also work with fibre if they decide to upgrade my cab.
