@Sweep have you been told your account has gone live? Have you had a txt and/or email?

@Sweep Sounds like the Broadband setup failed for some reason at Plusnrt. I suggest you try ringing them tomorrow - it should have gone live by midnight of your connection day,

So far as I am aware, the service is available 7 days a week, but maybe @Mustrum can confirm?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Ah! Provisioning- I don't think they work Sundays, so it may be Monday before you can call them, but there may be other areas that can help tomorrow. Don't ask me which though, it's a while since I had dealings with PN and I know there have been changes since I last had to call them about two years ago.
