No broadband service

I have had no connection since 11:30 this morning in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Is there an issue that plusnet don't know about?

Why are you posting duplicate threads?

You would be better off reporting a fault.

@robgroomcbr if you want a member of staff to help, it will be much quicker to phone Plusnet. These forums are very much understaffed so any live issue is best dealt with by phoning in.

I don't have a phone line.
The router is solid orange and there's a red flashing b symbol.
I have switched router off, left it for an hour , still not working, I have also done a factory reset that didn't fix anything.

@robgroomcbr You do have a phone line, unless you are on FTTP. Perhaps you don't have a phone to connect to it. You appear to have line fault, do you have a mobile phone? If so why not try the text fault reporting method as advised by @Mustrum  in message #4

I have never had a landline and do not know what the number would be.
Is there any way of finding this info ?

You could look in the member centre, look at the email PN sent you at the start of the contract, or borrow/buy a phone and ring 17070 which will announce your number.
