Re: Openreach Stop Sell & No Fibre

@Tashaxprince

Did your previous address include a phone service with the internet? That could be why PN can't transfer your previous package to the new address.

If it included a phone service then you need to urgently consider if you want to keep a "landline" with your previous number. You can 30 days from the cease of the service to port out the number.

I would phone PN COTS today as previoulsy adviced to confirm what's happening.

On my communication from PN under the admin info in the communication it says SOGEA waiting list, but on my view it definitely says available.

Re: Openreach Stop Sell & No Fibre

I had line rental and a landline phone number, but I don’t have a physical landline nor do I need one. I’m told it’s been escalated and I’m awaiting their next response.

If it says 'available' now - contact PN and ask them to recheck. That was probably the situation when they did their check, but things change.

@Tashaxprince

At the time PN tried to place the order then the cabinet may have been full. It's entirely possible a port has since become available.

You need to phone PN urgently and get them to re-submit the order if it's still showing available. If not, then speak to COTS about your options. I believe PN can provision you on an ADSL connection due to the non availability of SOGEA (at least you'd have internet!!).
