Not a newbie to PlusNet as I've had broadband with them before but am a newbie to their fibre broadband.
On my hub 2 set up, all cables plugged in correctly but the router is showing an orange flashing light.
I'm at a loss how to fix this as I'm not that savvy with different kind of set ups.
Any suggestions please?
Thank you.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@Free_My_Soul Welcome to the forum.
I this your first attempt to connect, or have you previously had a connection and lost it? I'm wondering if you are not yet connected.

OK - so have you had notification from Plusnet that your account is live?

OK - try rebooting the Hub. Push a paper clip or similar into the reset hole on the rear and release once the light goes green, then wait for it to settle.

Last thought, before I suggest calling Plusnet - what username is showing on the Hub?

Try changing it to 'yourusername@plusdsl.net' and enter your PN password, where 'yourusername' is the one you chose when setting up the account.

It is the one associated with your account, which, again, you will have chosen when setting up the account.

@jab1 it wont make any difference I'm afraid, if there's no DSL sync!, as indicated by the flashing orange light.
@Free_My_Soul how is your Hub connected to the phone line ?
Are you connected to the Master socket ?
Do you have a dual DSL / Phone master socket ? or are you using a DSL filter ?
