Around 11am this morning my Hub 2's circle light started flashing orange, and my broadband connection dropped right out. I texted the helpline, to which I was informed "Our diagnostic testing has found that your broadband service is being affected by a network problem in your area. Network issues are usually resolved in 4 hours."
It's been quite some time since then, I've not heard anything back. I've gone through the usual rigamarole of restarting, factory resetting, checked my cables are plugged in the right sockets, all that jazz, and still nothing. I've been with Plusnet a good few years now, changing over to the Hub 2 just over a year ago and haven't had any issues until today.
Having had a look at the WiFi connections near to me, there are at least two other Plusnet users whose connections are up and running, so frankly I'm a bit stumped. If anybody has any insight or suggestions I'd be super appreciative!

Fixed! Go to the fix.

@JustJaedis welcome to the forum.
Flashing Orange light on a Hub Two means there is not a broadband signal, has the fault cleared overnight?
If not I would report the fault again.
Seeing other Plusnet wireless networks does not necessarily mean they have internet, as the Hub broadcasts a wireless signal regardless of the broadband connection being up or down.

No, unfortunately the fault hadn't cleared during the night, and I have re-reported the fault to Plusnet. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of it!
And that's a good point about the other connections, actually. 11pm brain did not take that into consideration!

After much waiting and a couple of router resets, I can happily say that my connection is back up and running! All's well that ends well.
