Router replacement

I have been with PN for 3 more years and recently moved house. They advised to use the same router in the new house. Unfortunately, the router is wet due to shifting and I don't want to use the this one.
Is there any way PN will provide the router replacement without any extra cost?
My new contract starts from today.

Re: Router replacement

You could ask them for a new one, but it would incur a £6.99 P&P charge.
