Slow download speed for past week

Whilst for the past 5 years I've had consistent 70/18mb download/upload speeds, for the past week (possibly longer since I'd been away for 2 weeks), the download speed has been 20-30mb. I've disconnected/reconnected via the router admin GUI or rebooted, which restores the speed but then the router disconnects itself (according to WAN section of log) and the slower speed is set
Please can someone look at this.
The line is quiet. Other test results attached.
