Suddenly slow upload speed - Normally 6-7Mbps, now around 0.6!

Hi all, noticed today that the upload speed on my broadband was significantly lower than normal. Download speed was also effected, but to a lesser degree.
I actually have two separate VDSL based SoGEA broadband connections, one from Plusnet and one from Zen, what come over the same drop line from the street.
Upload speed from the Plusnet line is normally around 6-7Mbps, give or take, but today it is an abysmal 0.6Mbps on average.
Now I am one of the more unusual customers that uses two Openreach VDSL modems (One for Plunet, one for Zen) along with a Draytek Vigor 2962 dual wan VPN router rather than the ISP supplied router.
But to rule things out my end, I temporarily directly connected my Plusnet DSL line directly to the Plusnet branded router (Which I don’t normally use), which was then connected to my Laptop via an Ethernet cable. Same lower than expected speed results as my own Draytek router.
I am also seeing the same thing with my Zen DSL Line, significantly lower upload speeds than normal; not that that is any use over here on a Plusnet forum.
Being both my DSL SoGEA lines seem to be affected in the same way and the fact that all joints in connections at my place use proper jelly crimps where it is otherwise unavoidable, tells me that it is likely the weather related and maybe water has got in somewhere on the pole in the street.
A bit later, I will ask if any of my neighbours are experiencing similar issues. In the mean time, what do I need to do to resolve this issue with my two DSL based SoGEA lines?
Also please note, being both my connections are SoGEA, I no longer have a traditional land line and my “land line” phone service is now VoIP based.
Lastly and for reference, attached is screen shots of the DSL stats for my two lines. I guess the CRC/FEC/HEC errors are not good?
Regards: Elliott.

And here is how my DSL stats normally look, or at least looked back in March 2021. See attached picture.

Those stats are reporting a lot of errors. The Plusnet SNRM is fairly high suggesting that the line is being managed for stability.
Though the US sync rate is decent, data throughput is not: that could be down to something else hammering the US (cloud sync?) or just chronic error rates.

@GrottoTree You cannot rely on the Huawei modem GUI stats, they have always been prone to displaying incorrect values. My modem displays exactly the same HEC error count as your current stats pages so complete nonsense. However the displayed line rates are correct so you obviously have some serious line fault which needs raising with Plusnet.
To get the correct stats you need to use a Telnet connection to the modem.
From a Command Prompt window enter the following (user entries in italics for clarity, password admin):-
telnet IP address of the modem (e.g. 192.168.1.xxx)

Sorry for the delay. I rang Plusnet up the other day, and they indeed could see there was a external DCN fault and have reported it to Openreach, which it should be fixed within a dew days from what i'm told.
Assuming the fault with my Zen line is in the same location, do I also need to report this as well or will the openreach engineer be able to easily spot this and fix it at the same?
Regards: Elliott.

You should though make Zen aware that you have a similar fault on another line with an engineer scheduled. You do not want to have the engineer to arrive to fix the Plusnet line … only for them to say cannot do the Zen line as there’s no job / time allocation / cannot touch another line.
That said there’s no assurance that the two jobs will get done together, I once had an engineer arrive at my business property and asked if they’ve come to fix my fault, he said no they were there to do a neighbour’s fault. He did what he needed to do and then disappeared for a couple of hours … after which he returned to fix mine.
He claimed the job had been allocated since he left earlier. We were very rural so that was a lot of wasted travel time. BTOR are not exactly proficient in the job scheduling. If you do have two repair jobs scheduled, when the come to do the first you can legitimately encourage the engineer to fix both.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Thanks, I have also now submitted a ticket to Zen, mentioning that not only do I have an issue with my Zen line, but also that I have a ongoing fault with another line from another provider (aka Plusnet) using the same drop cable from the street that now has been reported to BT Openreach to rectify.
