Re: Upgraded to our New Fibre package - Confusing terminology

@RealAleMadrid

"several posters have clearly stated unlimited refers to data usage" - That would be apart from the ones who said it didn't?

This is definitely NOT "confusing". Honestly.🙄

I really do think, RealAleMadrid, that you need to read this whole thread again, from the beginning. Slowly.

@pvmb The only limitations are: you are limited to a potential maximum download speed of 40Mb/s (if your connection can support it) on 'Unlimited Fibre', or 80Mb/s (again, if your connection can support it) on 'Unlimited Fibre Extra'.

@pvmb  Yes I will do that and compose an appropriate reply and I have a feeling that you will not like it.

Re: Upgraded to our New Fibre package - Confusing terminology

@pvmb  I have read the thread again and as the original poster @craigcc states in msg#34 ..."I think I have the clarification I need now"

There's not really anything else to say.

Re: Upgraded to our New Fibre package - Confusing terminology

Thanks for everyone's detailed responses and additional info.

With this clarification, I'm confident enough to switch to the new package now without concern. Its funny how attached you become to your landline number after 30 years, but time to move on.
