Very slow broadband

Hi
I wonder if PlusNet can advise. For the last day or so we have had very slow broadband. Last night, any streaming services were unwatchable as they would either be heavily pixelated, keep pausing or not load at all.
This morning I have run the speed test at https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/.
Ping: 126
Download: 0
Upload: 0.34
That doesn't look right to me!
We live in Mid Devon.
Our router is a Plusnet Hub One, which we have had for about 2 years.
A wi-fi signal app on my phone indicates that the wi-fi is OK.
Could somebody at PlusNet please help diagnose our problem? Could it be a router issue?

Oops - I have just realised our landline is dead - no tone at all. So, I am surprised we are getting any internet at all!
I guess I need to get on to BT.

That will depend who provides your phone server for plusnet you can use these links to report a fault
