WiFi won't connect & takes me to 'Welcome back' login page

Hi.

Bit of an odd one for you...

I am trying to log on to the wifi in the house where I rent a room. It's been faultless for 6 months but now I get a message saying I can't log in & it takes me to the 'Welcome back' login page shown. 

This isn't MY wifi as such, it's the house wifi, so has other users too. No-one else is experiencing any issues. In fact, my partner is here with me currently and she's fully connected with the SSID & password, no problems, as I was previously able to do.

Any ideas how or why this would come about?

I have tried resetting both my phone and the Hub One router via the top button.

I cannot access 192.168.0.254 as I'm apparently not logged in.

I don't have an option to connect via ethernet.

All other wifi devices are connected, inc. TVs, fire stick, etc & no other users reporting issues.

I'm a bit stuck tbh

Good morning and welcome to the forums, @SeanT999 . I assume the 'X3N7' network is the correct one for you, and not the alternative Plusnet network shown on the second screenshot?

If all other devices in the property will connect, it would suggest that the problem is with your device - a mobile phone, I assume?

The address for the router is '192.168.1.254' not '0'.

A further option is to 'forget' that network and then try to login from scratch again, ensuring you use exactly the format of the password shown for it - it is case sensitive.

Yes it's the X3N7 network.
Tried forgetting & reconnecting, same outcome, drops me onto the 'Welcome back' login page.
Tried 192.168.1.254 but again no joy, I've attached a screenshot of the outcome.

Curiously, the network login details gives me an option to disconnect despite being apparently not connected?

I appear to have inadvertently solved it...
Clicked on the three dots, top right hand corner & it gave me the option to 'Use this network as is'. Tried that & got reconnected...very strange.

I don't know exactly what is going on, but another idea, although you say you have reset the phone, have you tried totally turning off the phone, waiting a couple of minutes and then restarting it?

No, I'm a bit confused still myself.
Yes, as regards the phone... Tried a reset, then fully off & on.

It might be caused by a setting found in Network and Internet for Plusnet-X3N7 connection "Auto-connect" (Allow connection to this network when in range), make sure it's set on. 

You can only connect to the Hub home page when you are connected to the network either wired or via wireless.
