@Gandalf sounds like exactly that has happened.
Is there anyway to have the cable switched if it is still unused?
Or does my line need to drop below the minimum speed for any chance of an engineer visit?
I've just checked and there's no other stopped line showing in the supplier systems, apart from the line we've taken over.
As your speeds are within the supplier estimates of between 63.03mbps to 80mbps, it's highly unlikely an engineer would carry out any work (including swap to a different pair) to improve the service I'm afraid.

@Gandalf Maybe should of started a new thread but it does relate to this one.
I actually had an engineer come out, and at first he found no fault, then after re-terminating some cables, and doing a 4 minute test, he found the line did start playing up.
Again, it was found that between pole and the end of street duct, there was something up.
He switched me to a spare pair of cables between the two points and things look to have become more stable.
My max attainable speed shot from just under 70mb, to now 96mb, however the line sync is still around the same.
And the interleave depth is extremely high.
Does my line need a DLM reset after the physical fix?

Ah glad to see that and cheers for the update.
I don't think another DLM reset will help here as it looks like the engineer did that after completing the job.
Testing your line now isn't showing any issues either. I'll attach below a copy of the testing I've run:

Thanks @Gandalf
I'll try to leave the line alone to let DLM do it's thing.
I'm currently using an Asus router with built in vdsl modem, which uses the dreaded Mediatek chipset.
Hoping to get a HG612 tonight and then I can leave it to do it's thing.
Hoping interleave disappears and fastpath returns in time
Thanks again.
