Yet another set of outages and now slow speeds

Hi All,

Just had yet another few outages and they seem to keep happening and now my speeds are now very slow (upload is incredibly slow).

This has happened so often, I now know the drill. Here are my stats. If any kind soul has time to look through these and let me know what I can do next I would much appreciate it.

Plusnet helper bot has said that a fault has been found and an engineer will fix it within 2 working days - fingers crossed.
