Hi All,
Just had yet another few outages and they seem to keep happening and now my speeds are now very slow (upload is incredibly slow).
These are my recent other issues:

https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Outages-slower-speeds/m-p/1989346#M368840
https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Outage/m-p/1993232#M369731
This has happened so often, I now know the drill. Here are my stats. If any kind soul has time to look through these and let me know what I can do next I would much appreciate it.

Plusnet helper bot has said that a fault has been found and an engineer will fix it within 2 working days - fingers crossed.

So, yet again... series of outages (this time much worse - about 8-10 in an hour).
Spoke to a very kind and patient person at Plusnet who says there are some problems caused by winds and I need to wait till 15:00 this afternoon until the problems should be fixed.
However, this has now happened so many times I am starting to think it's probably just an old cable that rats like to chew or something?!?
As I type this, the connection has dropped again.
Anyway, here are the logs - if anyone has any thoughts I would be most appreciative.

Sharing only part of the router stats is not as helpful as sharing the full set. Speed figures only make sense in the content of the others.
There is a marked change in upload speed, which will have some impact on speed test reports. That said one of the more complete reports indicates 0dB SNRM on the upstream which is far from correct. There is probably still a fault on this line - wind or no wind. If wind is impacting performance, then that suggests that there are iffy connections requiring attention.

What other stats do you need?
This link wasn't working earlier, but is now (https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL)

Complete stats. The last router stats reporting 60/10 omits the associated SNRM and attenuation figures.
Service availability report is useful - you are towards the high end of the US but the bottom end of the DS, which confirms the suspicion that there is something still wrong with the circuit. Are you using Ethernet over power (dLAN) adapters?

You're talking to a layman. What other screen grabs do you need? I need some directions.

Hmm - yes in part, my apologies for not being clearer.
You have been posting stats from two different pages of the router admin system. The "front" status page is not overly helpful (the one with the purple I's in circles); it reports speeds with no context.
What is required are the stats from the TECHNCICAL LOG screen - that provides a context to the speed figures. You put that in your fist and second posts and they indicate where the issue is.

Gotchya. To be honest, all afternoon I have had a perfect service and speeds around 60 Mbps.

Right!!
Please do not disturb the router any more - leave as is powered on and see how long you remain stable. The speeds have improved with every report you have submitted here.
- Up stream is now significantly better up at 10.7mbps from 1.2mbps ... but the line attenuation is also up, but that could be associated with using more 'tone bins' (very technical, do not worry!)
- Down stream is slightly better at 64.5mbps compared to 59mbps - again some change in the line's attenuation and noise margin
Do you have telephone extension wires (they not being used is not relevant)?
Do you have dLAN adapters?
A slow upstream can make a marked difference to downloading. 60mbps DATA speed over 64mbps sync speed is fairly good. Let us hope it stays that way. Keep a watch on the router stats (do not bother with data speed tests) - especially note disconnections.
The DS sync is 'flying close to the ground' with a 2.9dB noise margin, so if there is anything giving rise to interference, the link is likely to drop, but that can be looked at separately. Poor performance is not always due to the line / supplied service - look here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/Frequent-dropouts-25th-Jan-2025/m-p/1996917#M370298 - it is a very long thread, but I have dropped you into at the point where it starts to become apparent that the issue is environmental.

For clarity "Do you have dLAN adapters" what I understand is dLAN are a brand name for Devolo products, they are also referred to as "Powerline adapters" where a wired connection is passed through the property electrical circuit.

I have no idea what that is, so no.

My PC is plugged into my router with an ethernet cable - that is it. We have no telephone connected to the landline port.
As for the link, sorry to say that means absolutely nothing to me. Really needs to be in layman's terms. I build my own PCs so am fairly tech savvy, but this terminology goes way over my head.
