I phoned support this morning & they told me there was a major outage in my area (although nothing on the website). He said it was due to be fized by 5pm. We still have no connection. My partner has a 2 hour drive if she can't work from home so an update would have been appreciated.

It looks like you came back online late on Wed evening, is everything now all OK?
