fibre unlimited disconnected

last night around 10:30 my broadband disconnected & wouldn't reconnect. Phone still working. I reset my plusnet password on the web & router. Still trying & failing to connect this morning.

I phoned support this morning & they told me there was a major  outage in my area (although nothing on the website). He said it was due to be fized by 5pm. We still have no connection. My partner has a 2 hour drive if she can't work from home so an update would have been appreciated.

Hiya @jan, I'm sorry for the issues with the service and that it wasn't back when expected. 

It looks like you came back online late on Wed evening, is everything now all OK?
