Warning - <Redacted>- EE employee posing as PlusNet Sales Advisor

A warning for anyone on Plusnet Business.  There is an EE employee called <Redacted> who calls purporting to be from Plusnet.  He is very aggressive and exerts pressure to for you to sign up with BT Business by telling lies and being economical withe truth.  I have raised a formal complaint with BT but they say they cannot help because he works for EE!  I am now raising the issue with Ofcom and the ICO.

If you receive a call from him, put down the phone.

Raised the complaint where in BT?

To suggest that they can do nothing because he works for EE is hogwash.  If EE staff are anything linked Plusnet staff, then they are employed by BT.

Nick Lane is the guy at the top of BT Consumer Division with over sight across all three brands.  You can find his email address in the internet if you want to contact him.

Have you received your 60 day formal notice of service termination yet?
