I've currently got my highest syc speed of 9300kbps.
According to BT speedtester my IP profile is 7150kbps but Plusnet still have it at 6500kbps.
Overall moving to 21CN 20Mb has given me a slight speed increase and seems reasonably stable.

HI,
After loads of problems with CS I have finally thanks to Matt Taylor been switched over to ADSL2+ today, stats on ADSL1 were:-
Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 7616 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 38.0 db 20.0 db
Noise Margin 6.3 db 20.0 db
And now on ADSL2+ are :-
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8677 kbps 888 kbps
Line Attenuation 41.5 db 20.6 db
Noise Margin 6.1 db 12.5 db
I was given an estimated download speed of >13kbps, is there any improvement during the 10 day training period or is the best I can expect with these stats.

Based on your attenuation I don't think you'll see much downstream improvement as you have uncapped upstream.
I have similar attenuation figures, but capped upstream, and we seem to be on the point where there's a slight, but useful, benefit from the switch.
I think you have got your Ms & Ks confused as one hopes they quoted you more than 13kbps

Oops slight typo
I will see how it goes over the next few days, I may ask them to cap the upstream, it is a slight improvement though I was hoping for a bit more.

I've bumped you from 6500 to 7150 to match the exchange, you can expect a connection drop in the next two hours or so to apply the new profile

Went though without connection drop
Been synced at 9300kbps for a couple of days so be interesting to see if BT up profile to 8000kbps which I believe is the next step. As SNR is only 4.5dB sync may well drop back a bit.
Overall I have improvement over 20CN so been worthwhile
Edit. Spoke too soon - just had reconnection and now synced at 9912 with 3.5dB SNR
