Hello and a Quick Introduction

Hi,
Thought it best to get a post in to introduce myself to the community!
I'm Adam and I joined the Digital Care Team this morning. I've been with Plusnet for around 8 or so years in total and have covered many roles from CSC to Tech/Faults (way, way back in the early days) and more recently Customer Options and Marketing.
I look forward to speaking to you all

Welcome Adam,
Being mad is not essential for working here, but sometimes it helps. If you are not yet mad, there are some on here who might help you move in that direction.
Are you replacing someone or are you an adjunct to the team? Chris³ are well stretched so an additional hand (rather than a replacement) will be welcomed by all.
