Afternoon everybody!
My names Matthew (yes another one) and I'm the latest member of the Customer Relations team.
I've been at Plusnet three and a half years now the first 2 years in Technical Support and the last year and half in our Faults team.
Most of you will probably know me from previous posts when I've had spare time but you'll be seeing alot more of me from now on.
Looking forward to getting to know the community.

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Hi Matthew,
Welcome as a formal member of the CRT forum response team. I do hope that you will retain the use of your full name, as having 3 Matts on here would be reminiscent of the DCT days of three Chrises (or what ever is the plural of Chris :D)
