Hi all,
I'm Luke and I'm now part of the 'Digital Care Team'. I've worked at Plusnet for over four years and spent most of that time on the Complaints Department but I've also worked on Technical Support, Business Support and Business Improvement. I'm looking forwarding to speaking to you all.

The order to change Luke's name to Chris was rejected by PN's suppliers and has been resubmitted.  This was due to the order to change his job to DCT already being in progress and the system can only make one change in any billing cycle.
