Hi everyone  Cheesy
I'm Matt and I'm now part of the 'Customer Relations Team '.
I've worked at Plusnet for around four years and spent a lot of this time with  the Complaints Department.
I have also worked on Technical Support, Faults, provisioning and customer services .
I look forward to speaking to you all and trying to help the best that I can.
