No - not directly - he's an ex-employee. I'm wondering now if it's those I said plus those whose rank has been amended for some reason. I'm guessing instead of removing their rank it was changed to standard.

Other ex-employees, James is Member, Mark Kelly is Standard, Ben T is Member.

The difference is that Mark Kelly was a customer with an account before an employee.  James and Ben were staff first?

Sad news. Jim you've made an amazing contribution to these boards and the wider community for a long time, keeping me and many others honest on more occasions than I care to remember.
Enjoy your rest, it's well deserved and I hope you continue your contribution from the relative calm of being a "normal" member.

Really sad to see you go, Jim!
Your efforts and support have always been exemplary and during my time on Digi Care/Customer Relations I always appreciated your help.
I hope you do decide to return sometime in the future!

Not quite Kelly. This account was created when I became staff. The "old" account had a different u/n. I think this was just set as a standard account when I moved to this side of the fence.

Oh dear, well I hope it recovers soon. Hanging from something high up (with your hands) so your feet are off the ground, can sometimes help. I'm told hanging from your feet works better, but I wouldn't recommend trying it.

OJ! So easily done! Even lifting a milk bottle from the fridge! Could be that some of are not used to lifting milk or water.
