Quote from: Kelly Gus: We've got a device having trouble again on your gateway. PCL-AG07/08. Someone is looking at it now.
I'm on PCL-AG06 and considering I've hardly been using my connection (until now), my latency/packet loss didn't look clever earlier

"The Performance Tester is currently unable to run a speed test for your broadband connection. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider."
I can bring up web pages, by the way. Any ideas what's going on? TBB attached which if I'm honest doesn't look too bad, so at a loss to explain why the other results are so shocking

I also get "The Performance Tester is currently unable to run a speed test for your broadband connection. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider." when trying to run a bt speedtest.
I think I'll be making more use of my backup BT connection.
