Clearly something is wrong, although it does look as if your problems might be caused by something different from what is causing the peak-time slow down others are experiencing. Or perhaps something else as well as the more general slow-down issue.
Could I just check whether your speed tests are run over wifi or ethernet? I have a recollection from when this started that you are using wifi, but that may be wrong...

The image below shows some usenet downloads running (Circled). The one running at 00.30 was actually running at a higher speed.
The activity around 07.30 this morning was youtube streaming running at line speed.
Generally it doesn't affect us too much however I thought it was an interesting comparison. Not something I have seen with my previous ISP's.
I have two lines and both exhibit the same behavior. Currently on pcl-ag01 and 06. ADSL2+, unlimited product.

Friday:
22:00 48.87
20:00 51.14
18:00 51.67
14:00 51.86
08:00 51.39
02:00 50.29
Saturday:
22:00 51.38
20:00 51.15
18:00 51.14
14:00 52.17
08:00 51.85
02:00 51.60
So, pretty stable there. But then Sunday:
22:00 37.13
20:00 42.61
18:00 51.49
14:00 51.65
08:00 51.69
02:00 51.70
So, not great from 20:00 onwards. Sunday's ping graph is rathr different to Friday and Saturday's also. In all cases there was pretty much nothing happening on the line during these periods.

Quote from: Bjn Ok my line stats from SamKnows white box on three gateways over last week
I'd be interested in seeing some more screen grabs from the SamKnows testing if you're able to provide them? In particular stuff from last Friday evening (15th) onwards. Curious to see how they compare to the ones you posted here.

Ok Bob the screen shots you requested from my whitebox which are much better than the previous ones. Last time I had any big dip was 13th March so posting last week of daily screen shots for you to see improvement.
on gateway plc-ag01 until 11.20 on 16th then hoped over to gateway ptn-ag01 as I was having very bad problems Saturday morning on both down/up speeds.

I'm thinking it might be worthwhile asking the moderators to split your posts out into a separate thread as it's likely the issue is exchange based from the other customers we've found having the same issue at your exchange.
