How to send Private Messages

When trying to send a PM to staff I just get error message saying
"Oops
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue."
Any ideas how to fix this?

Fixed! Go to the fix.

You have to have made at least 1 post before you can use the personal messages.
You will now be able to do it.
Click on the name of the staff member and a new page will open with the personal message option on the right hand side of the screen.

It's not worked for me either as of yet. I'll keep checking for the option though.

I believe that you also need to have verified your email address.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
