You think this is bad?  You should try posting a problem in the 'Gaming' forum and see how long that takes to get a Plusnet reply.

That's probably because people aren't knowledgeable enough to know how to setup everything for their online gaming so decide to blame Plusnet for their 'user' errors....... Plusnet provide the internet to customers, it's up to the customers to know how to set it up so it works for online gaming.
99.9% of the time it's people who haven't got a clue how to set everything up properly and it's their own firewalls/security software blocking them from being able to game online properly when it comes to setting up gaming on an XBOX 360 or PS3.
But people choose take the easy way out and try to blame Plusnet when it isn't really their fault at all!
