Hiya - How do I start a post? I have no "Start a post" icon in top right hand corner(as guidance says)?!!!

Hi @asdf1234, you will need to navigate to a specific forum relating to an issue you are having and you will see a 'start a topic' button on the top right corner.

For example, if your issue is related to broadband, go here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/bd-p/Broadband

Or if its about your home phone, go here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Phone/bd-p/Phone
