I have a free web domain name provided through madasafish years ago that is only ever used for the email address. I have since moved to an email only account through plus net and the domain name has been working perfectly. I have noticed today that I can no longer delete any of my sent emails from Apple mail on iPhone. I have not ever had access to view the domain names email account via webmail only. Is this possible as I need to clear my sent items as I think the mailbox could be full? I can access my madasafish.com email address withouts any problems. As domain name email is now my primary mailbox I really need to get this fixed.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

When did this move happen? Plusnet have not offered email only accounts to departing customers for a long time.
Apple Mail is known to get it's knicker elastic twisted - how is it configured - POP3 or IMAP?
As for webmail access, if your domain name is hosted by Plusnet on a Force9 account, the you@yourdomain.me.uk is delivered to you@youraccount.force9.co.uk ... which you can for sure access via webmail.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

The domain name was obtained as part of my original Madasafish deal. Obviously this then swithched under the control of Plusnet who I had broadband with for many years. I then moved to BT as my broadband provider but kept a mail only account. I am not sure on the exact date for switching. When I search my domain name gives the following information if this helps:
Registrar: Plusnet Plc t/a Madasafish Broadband [Tag = MADASAFISH] URL: http://www.madasafish.com Relevant dates: Registered on: 22-Aug-2005 Expiry date: 22-Aug-2025 Last updated: 19-Aug-2024 Registration status: Registered until expiry date. Name servers: ns1.force9.net ns2.force9.net

@Townman Can I PM my email address to you if that helps?
Or should I just contact the helpline?
