Recently emails from a gift card vendor (Bidali) have been getting blocked. I've not even received notification, fortunately their staff are good and are able to get on the case.
Up until 8th December 2023, emails from giftcards@bidali.com have come through, no problem.
17th December, I tried again, no email came through. No notification, nothing. Worriedly emailing support.spend@bidali.com, they quickly got back to me, saying that the email had been bounced back and asked for another email address to try. They tried again though, and this time it got through.
23rd December, another order, email came through OK.
29th January, another order disappears. Another email, they've had a 552 Spam Message Rejected error.
They sent the links from the original email again, this time from support.spend@bidali.com and the email came through.
Successful emails have contained links to revealyourgift.com and spend.runa.io
Blocked emails have contained links to www.prezzee.uk (although the email from support.spend also did, and that got through).
Is there anything I can do to get this email address whitelisted? It's a genuine vendor but Plusnet seems to be blocking their emails depending on what gift card provider they've used at the time.
