Re: Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Why does WebMail not look the same for everybody?  I see a Deleted items folder which is where emails go if I don’t “hard” delete them (which I almost always do).

Looks like that for me too, @MikeBz :

I don't know why @Weystoner1 's webmail defaults to squirreilmail though.

Hi,

Would it be possible, please, to request the un-archiving of my mailbox, the address begins with ste............. .plus.com.

I will then delete some more messages.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Steve.

Re: Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hello - my Dad passed away last year and he handled all the IT/technical stuff in the family. I'm trying to pick up where he left off and fix a few IT problems - logged in as him now

One of which is that my Mum's emails before 13/01/2024 have all vanished. She doesn't think she got any warnings that the mailbox was full, but who knows!

If you kind people could un-archive:  [Removed] that would be fantastic

Thanks,

Jamie

Hi @ANTAR I'm sorry to hear that and for your loss

I've raised this to the relevant people to get this unarchived.

When you have the time I'd recommend contacting us so we can get the account updated

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

@ANTAR

Sorry for your loss. Picking up the IT pieces can be a challenge. If you need help, start your own post on the relevant board and the community will offer guidance.

As for your mum not recalling a full mail service notification - these are sent to the default / primary email address only. If her’s is a secondary mailbox it will not have received the notification.

The allowance is for the whole account, not individual mailboxes.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @MatthewWheeler,

It's now 9 days since this support question (239828189) was opened.  The last activity on it was yesterday, where there was a message thus:

---------------------------

Dear Mr Bees,

Kind regards,

Caitlin

---------------------------

... that's it.  I assume it was supposed to say rather more than that.  However I am no longer given an option to reply, hence having to post here.

Re: Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hi,

Please unarchive my mailboxes. My email address is ending in forwardfencing.com / forwardfencing.plus.com. This is rather urgent as we have a lot of important work related emails as well as personal ones to do with putting our elderly Aunt in a care home....

Please let me know if this is possible

Thanks
