Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Very frustrated to read this! All I have had is that you can see my emails. There has been no response to my queries of last week. Please can you restore my inbox, there are some important messages there. TIA

Hello, my email mailbox (rhys********@*******.plus.com) was archived on 9th May.  Could you please unarchive the said mailbox for me so that I can clean it up and reduce the size..

Seems like  a few people have requested the same as me or that their inbox be restored and have a quick response whereas my request has nor been actioned other than to comment that 'the team' can see my emails. Please see my earlier comments on this and PLEASE do something.

@Spoddywots HI, sorry for that, I've looked at the details we have for you but can't see that the emails have been archived as there is no ticket on the account stating that.  Can you PM us with your username/email so we can get the relevant account up? Cheers

Help... I have been in hospital for months.

Just returned home to find email saying they have been archived. Due to lack of access

How do I proceed its a very old ***@**.force9.co.uk address.
