In the context of a different matter, have you been receiving for weeks on end FUP warning emails that your utilisation was over 75%?  Emails are not archived until after two weeks have passed following a 100% utilisation notification.

Notifications can be found in your account's ticket system (use the link below).  The notifications note the email address which the notifications were (intended to be) sent to.

Some users have discovered that the notices are being sent to an email address they no longer use.  There have been some rare fringe cases where (apparently) the CRM did not send the emails successfully.  This scenario is under discussion elsewhere.
