Hi @janekemp 

I can't see anything regarding archiving on the account.

Have you had a e-mail stating stating it's been archived due to inactivity?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Hi - Thanks for yours. 

Yes an email "Important information regarding your email account" from "support@plusnet" dated "2024-08-18 03:04" appeared in in my mailbox because "You are receiving this message as your mailbox has not been accessed since: 2024-05-15 18:02:46"

I should be very grateful if you would restore this archived mailbox, please.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi I guess my inbox must have hit the magic 1GB! Please could you unarchive my mailbox beginning with "esa" - I'll have a good old clear out.

I don't actually think so - I have a filter for stuff from plusnet, so I would have expected the reminders to have appeared next to the billing messages in my inbox...

I just fired up Thunderbird yesterday, and it started complaining that it couldn't find any folders, so I searched for 'Plusnet missing emails' and this thread came up...

Can you please log into the user portal and check your tickets - use the link below.

If your mailbox has been archived, there will be (closed) tickets there detailing the historic warnings and the final act.  There have been some hints that some people have not received ticket generated emails.

Also check the mailbox using Webmail ... just in case something has gone squiffy with Thunderbird.

Ah, thanks, yes I've  got several tickets I was unaware of asking me to trim my inbox, and one dated 5th September saying they would now be archived. 

I didn't get any emails when the tickets were created though...

Please could I have my mailbox unarchived again? Whilst I downloaded my emails I hadn’t realised that I need to delete them…so I’ve lost some later emails. Thank you.

Hi please could I have my email unarchived too? The account starting with 'esa' is probably the most important one.

I did get an number of tickets in the user portal (which I never have reason to visit!) but I didn't get any actual emails warning me that I needed to clear some space.
