@pricetag - could you please DM us your Plusnet username and confirmation of the mailbox you require unarchiving?

@vamp - could you please DM us a screenshot of the email that informed you of your email archiving?

@WendyWoo185 - I am sorry to hear of the delay. Could you also please DM us a screenshot of the email that informed you of your email archiving and we will re-raise this if necessary?

Hi can someone from PlusNet help me urgently.

I am away on a cruise and cannot call and do not do social media and I need access restored to an email alias that seems to be blocked. Who can I email please.

Aliases are just mirrors of the chosen mailbox so they shouldn't end up blocked.

Can you drop me a PM with more details so I can look into this for you?
