Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

Hey @safcdl16,

I've raised the request to unarchive your mailbox I should have an update within 5 working days. However, upon reviewing the account, I don't see any notifications indicating that the mailbox was archived due to it being over the capacity limit (1GB). Was these archived due to inactivity?

Hello, my Plusnet emails were archived last night. I did have warnings that they were approaching the limit, but thought I had then deleted some to make space - clearly not!!!!.  Can you let me know what the process is or whether you need more information to make it happen. Many thanks

@Dcom - This has been done for you, emails should be archived within the next 5 working days. Usually sooner.

@BrianF123 - I can see you spoke with an agent today who raised this for you, or at least I think you did. Regardless this was raised and should be unarchived within 5 working days too.

Usually the mistake people make when deleting emails is not also deleting them out of your deleted items box after deleting them the first time, and other forgotten mailboxes.

As long as you are doing this you should be golden.

Thanks so much for the responses - very re-assuring. First job when the emails are un-archived is to do some serious housekeeping
