Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here! (Part 2)

@AGn1 Hi there, I've submitted the task for you today. Typical lead times for any unarchive requests are 3-5 working days, this can be done sooner sometimes depending on the netops team workload. 

If your mails haven't been unarchived after 5 working days from today, please let us know and we'll chase it up for you.

Please could you un-archive the mailbox beginning with a j which has been archived due to not accessing it often enough.

I believe my emails may have been archived, since they have disappeared and I can no longer find them anywhere either on my computer, or my webmail.

The email address in question begins with 'mas'

Hi Team, I help a family member with another account that has apparently been archived (long story short the management email is not accessible any more and any notifications were missed), try as I might I cannot register on this forum for them and therefore associate their account to a request. I've tried multiple browsers/methods, Chrome is the only one that hints at the issue being an "I'm not a robot" CAPTCHA problem.

Is there any way I can get a private message please to discuss the options and request their unarchive via there?

Hi @AyOwZe thank you for getting in touch on our Community Forum, I tried looking for the account in question to no avail, please can you DM me the accounts username so that I can look into this for you, I've also messaged you to enable you to reply to me.

My wifes mailbox has been archived. She cannot raise the request herself as the password reset is being sent to the archived mail address and is not coming through. Can you un-archive it please.  It begins ttandb@
